Lamnota's paid plans — Lite, Pro, and add-ons — are optional subscriptions billed through Google Play. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
How subscriptions are billed
Lamnota’s core features are free, with no per-transaction fees. The paid plans (Lite and Pro) and optional add-ons are monthly subscriptions billed through Google Play using the payment method linked to your Google account. They renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. We do not take direct payments and we never see your card details or payment method.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a plan or add-on anytime via Google Play → Subscriptions → Lamnota → Cancel. After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account drops to the Free plan without losing your data.
Refunds
Because payments are processed by Google Play, refund requests follow Google Play’s refund policy. For recent purchases you can often request a refund directly from your order history on Google Play. Try the Free plan before subscribing — you can evaluate most features without paying.
If there’s a billing error
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example a double charge — contact us at the email below. We’ll help trace it and, if needed, coordinate with Google Play support — refund decisions for Play purchases ultimately rest with Google Play.
Price changes
If the price of a plan or add-on increases, Google Play notifies you before the new price applies to your subscription, and current prices are always listed on the pricing page. You can always cancel before the new price takes effect.
